Last weekend marked an important milestone for The Berlin Wall: A World Divided as the exhibition officially opened at Union Station Kansas City, launching its North American tour.

In 2025, The Berlin Wall. A World Divided continued its journey across Europe, carrying with it fragments of history and the voices of those who endured decades of division. From Madrid, where we began the year in our final weeks in the city, to Paris, where the exhibition was presented in the very heart of the city, at Trocadéro Square.

After an extraordinary run in Paris, where The Berlin Wall. A World Divided closed on September 28th with sold-out final weeks in an overwhelmingly positive response from visitors, the exhibition is now heading south.

The evening of May 13, 2025, marked a memorable moment in Paris’s cultural calendar. The exhibition The Berlin Wall. A World Divided opened at the Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine to an overwhelming public response: over 2,000 visitors attended the opening night patiently queuing around the building to experience the powerful new exhibition.
