The evening of May 13, 2025, marked a memorable moment in Paris’s cultural calendar. The exhibition The Berlin Wall. A World Divided opened at the Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine to an overwhelming public response: over 2,000 visitors attended the opening night patiently queuing around the building to experience the powerful new exhibition.
Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine, located at the iconic Place du Trocaderó, will host The Berlin Wall. A World Divided in Paris from May 14 to September 28, 2025 —The only French stop on its international tour.
After welcoming over 160,000 visitors in Madrid, this thought-provoking exhibition will conclude on January 12, 2025, before continuing its journey to Paris, marking our first presentation in the French capital.
To mark the 35th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the exhibition The Berlin Wall. A World Divided presented last 6th of November the concert “Echoes of Freedom” by the guitar duo Essener Gitarrenduo, formed by Stefan Loos and Bernd Steinmann.
