Titanic The Exhibition makes its debut in Kiev (Ukraine), where it will be displayed at the National Olympic Stadium until March 2014.
World acclaimed exhibition TITANIC, created by Spanish company Musealia, has opened its doors at the National Olympic Stadium in Kiev, making this its first stay in Eastern Europe.
The exhibition, presented in Ukraine by local promoter company Art Maxima, was inaugurated by several authorities. Among these was the Spanish Ambassador in the country, D. José Rodríguez Moyano, that expressed his support to this initiative, “hoping it will continue to narrow the cultural and economic ties between both countries”.
The exhibition will remain open 7 days a week, from 10:00h to 21:00h, at the Olympic Stadium Exhibition Hall until march 16th, 2014. It continues with this eastern stop with its world tour, that has already taken the magic of the ill-fated liner to cities like Barcelona, Berlin, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Frankfurt.
More than 100.000 visitors are expected to embark in the exhibition during its stay in Kiev. The Director of the Exhibition, Luis Ferreiro, has stated that “it is a unique experience, a time machine that takes us back to 1912 to make us feel on board Titanic, contemplating her original artefacts, walking through her recreated cabins and corridors and, very specially, meeting her real story.”
